Tommy, Owner
Tommy has been an entrepreneur his entire life. After growing up in Central Texas and spending 5 years in College Station becoming a Fightin' Texas Aggie, he made his way back home and immediately started his real estate career. Shortly after getting his real estate license he began his fix 'n flip career. Within a few years he was standing at the doorstep of an opportunity that so few are blessed to encounter. Tommy found the perfect Airbnb business. The Lost Cabins, as he named it, started with one cabin with no running water on 10.36 acres outside of Fredericksburg, Texas. Today, the development boasts three cabins, all in service as Airbnbs with a fourth Silo Cabin under construction AND has grown into another location just outside of Burnet, Texas off Highway 29. Our sister location is an hour away from Fredericksburg on the way to Georgetown, Texas. Tommy discovered something when he started finishing out the portable buildings he bought from his ole singer/song-writer buddy, Davy Ulbricht who owns Dripping Springs Portable Buildings in Dripping Spring, Texas. He found out there were others wanting to build their own tiny cabin bnb business. So, Tommy is helping others by tackling the hardest part of starting a bnb business...finding a quality cabin at a very reasonable price.
Dave, the Best Friend
Dave and Tommy have known each other for almost 20 years. They have always had many things in common as they found out over time. Probably the most noted commonality is they share an ex-wife! Dave helps Tommy when he needs it on his days off and for those days it probably becomes a laughfest more than a buildfest
Schanen, the Best Friend's Brother
Every now and again, we are blessed to have Schanen show up cause he's the worker bee. He gets Tommy motivated to work and Dave motivated to go sleep in his truck. So Dave disappears from time to time when Schanen is present. Either way, its a treat to have both of them on-site!
